Chef Matthew was born in Chicago and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where his love for food was inspired by his father's passion for cooking. He is a dedicated culinarian with experience in multiple Michelin-starred restaurants across the U.S., including The Inn at Little Washington in Virginia, where he worked under the legendary Patrick O'Connell, and Ever in Chicago under Curtis Duffy.
Since then Matthew has brought his talents and passion to the private chef world, providing exceptional experiences through private events, in-home cooking, and exclusive dinners.
